1. How do I pick the right skincare products for me?

Everyone is unique and what works for some may not work for others.
I’m not a skincare expert so I encourage everyone to do their research online before making their purchase. If you find it helpful, I can make suggestions based on your skin type but know that finding the right products is typically done through trial and error and consistently using the products for 4-6 weeks before you decide what to do next.

It’s one of the reasons I make it a mission to keep prices low so you can do so without the guilt of overpaying. That feeling of finding the right product is a rewarding feeling and I want to help you in your journey.

I spent hundreds of dollars at insane prices before I found something that worked so I want you to have a better experience than what I went through.

2. How does local delivery work?

Local delivery is available for Markham, Ontario. Addresses with postal codes starting with L3P, L6B, L6E, L6C, and L3S will be delivered for free and if your postal code starts with L3R, L6G, or L3T, there will be a $5 delivery fee. To qualify for local delivery, your order must meet a minimum purchase of $40.00 (before taxes). Once an order is placed, full payment must be made within 24 hours through INTERAC e-Transfer otherwise your order will automatically be cancelled. 

Local deliveries are made once a week every Mondays and the cut off time to have your order included for Monday’s delivery is Sunday at noon. 

It is not possible to deliver up apartments or condo towns so you'll have to come down if you don't have a concierge. Local delivery is also not possible for retail and commercial addresses. Deliveries are contactless and you will receive a text message when the order has been delivered. 


3. Do you offer shipping? How much is shipping?

Shipping is available Canada wide with various carriers including but not limited to Canada Post and UPS. Shipping within Ontario is available for a flat rate of $10 with no order minimums. Shipping outside of Ontario is automatically calculated at checkout which is based on total weight and location.

Orders will only be packed and shipped once payment is received. Once an order is placed, full payment must be made within 24 hours through INTERAC e-Transfer otherwise your order will automatically be cancelled. All orders will receive a tracking number within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment.

Postal runs are every Tuesday and Friday and the cut off time to submit and pay for your order is 6pm the day before. 

Please note we are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Damaged, lost or stolen in the course of delivery by the carrier 
  • Delayed due to carrier issues 
  • Delayed due to carrier peak seasons (Holidays, etc.)
  • Delayed/returned due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses

 

4. Are the products you sell authentic?

Yes! All the items sold are guaranteed authentic. I receive products direct from suppliers in Korea and Japan who supply to the largest Korean and Japanese beauty stores in North America.

I will never try to sacrifice those relationships for other suppliers who claim they can supply at lower prices. It’s not worth the risk and and getting real authentic products for friends and family is important to me. 

5. I want to buy an item but it is out of stock! When will you restock it?

I receive new products every 2-4 weeks. If there is an item you want to purchase but it is out of stock (or not shown on the website), please feel free to let me know and I can provide you with an estimated restock date for it.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

I currently only accept INTERAC e-Transfer and payment must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

To keep costs low for everyone, I don’t accept credit cards and don’t want to adjust my prices higher to accommodate the added cost of credit card fees.

8. Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

In order to keep prices low, I do not accept refunds or exchanges once the order has been packed or shipped. I don’t believe it’s fair to charge more to everyone to accommodate the costs of refunds or exchanges.

That being said, I’m very understanding so refunds and exchanges can be reviewed on a case-to-case basis for unopened products. 

9. Why don't you do more promotions?

My prices are competitive already and offering promotions would mean that my prices were not competitive to begin with.

I believe in transparent pricing and want everyone to pay the same low price regardless of how much they order. Keeping prices low allows me to share all the wonders of Korean and Japanese beauty products so that anyone can try it.
