Guide: Ordering for Local Delivery
Thank you for your interest in ordering with Markham Beauty Wholesale.
I pride myself in making skincare more accessible for our community of Markham, and therefore offer FREE delivery for most addresses in Markham. Addresses with postal codes starting with L3P, L6B, L6E, L6C, and L3S will be delivered for free and if your postal code starts with L3R, L6G or L3T, there is a $5 delivery fee.
The following guide was created to ensure that the process of your checkout goes smoothly. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
Navigate to "My Cart" and "Checkout"
Enter your address under "Shipping Address" to see if you qualify for local delivery. Minimum order is $40.00 (before taxes). Please ensure that you select the suggested address powered by Google so that Shopify can verify whether or not you qualify for local delivery.
Select "Local Delivery"
If you qualify for local delivery, you will see a "Local Delivery" option as the Shipping Method.
Local deliveries are made once a week every Mondays and the cut off time to have your order included is Sunday at noon. You will be notified by text message the morning of or the day before with an approximate time range of when your order will be delivered. Please ensure that you include your phone number when checking out to receive these notifications.
It is not possible to deliver up apartments or condo towns so you'll have to come down if you don't have a concierge. Local delivery is also not possible for retail and commercial addresses. Deliveries are contactless and you will receive a text message when the order has been delivered.
Making the Payment
I currently only accept INTERAC e-Transfer and payment must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
